We are looking for a skilled HR Associate who will be responsible for the sourcing, screening, and hiring of technical specialists and assist with day-to-day Hr activities.
What would you do?
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings.
- Writing job descriptions and posting on different job portals and LinkedIn.
- Sourcing and screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
- Arranging telephonic, video, or in-person interviews.
- Performing background and reference checks.
- Salary negotiation and documentation.
- Regular follow-up with applicants and hiring managers to close the position within TAT.
- Forecasting recruitment budgets.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Who do we need?
- Proven Experience of Min 2 yrs in technical hiring.
- Experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience in sourcing profiles through LinkedIn and other job portals.
- Experience in HRMS, employee engagement, grievances, or compliance is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- BCA/B.Tech/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
