We are looking for an ambitious and energetic person for Business Development to acquiring new clients in domains of IT, Salesforce CRM Implementations and Web Application Development. Selected person will act as a face for the company and must possess skills and experience to form and implement an effective Business Development and sales strategy. This position is for International Business Development only.

Responsibilities
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on the financial gain as well as customer satisfaction.
• Develop and expand a portfolio of corporate clients by networking and marketing.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
• Analyze the latest market trends and closely track competitors.
• Promote the company’s offerings aligning with client’s/prospects requirements
• You shall be responsible for agreement sign off, including various aspects – Terms discussion, Commercial discussion, external as well as the internal alignment for deliverables, after-sales support to keep the association going, etc.
• Prepare MIS including – records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide thoroughly researched feedback on the voice of the market.
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers subsequently grow the business by leveraging those relationships.
Requirements
• Proven working experience as a international business development, international sales in IT
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Excel.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Software Development Terminologies.
• Proficiency in English to deal with international clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ IT / Computer Applications.
